AURA READING

The first energy that I clearly felt very strongly was the grey covering around the head to the mid body. This felt just like a glove to me. The texture seemed tight and impenetrable at first. I was able to breath with it and it does move, but it does feel constrictive. It restricts movement and your ability to fully experience the life flow that is going on around you. I feel a shortening of breath intake with this, so I am suggesting that you increase your breathing awareness in this area. The other suggestion is to close your eyes, put on some slightly rhythmic music and imagine stretching out this glove-type energy and letting it expand. It doesn't feel like pastlife, but more recent in nature - it also feels temporary as if perhaps you know why it is there and you are holding it in place for a particular reason.

From this place I experience the purple/white/green energy in front of the face. This felt like a really wonderful place and one where you can go and visualize your future dreams and visions. It is like a visioning screen for you. There is lots of information swirling around in this space, as well as some healing taking place. It is like you are using this space to process some of the "stuff" that goes on in your life and you are learning how to transform it energetically.

Next I felt this very light feeling down on the legs, which is the lightness of the lower legs I depicted. This definitely feels like grounding needs to occur here and more definitively. When I get to the gold/white energy, this will make more sense. But it is almost like you need to really do some strong emphasis on grounding your energy in to the earth. This can be through earth walking, stomping on the ground barefooted, energetically shooting the root chakra and feet chakras down in to the earth. Also, the The Odyssey CD would be good to work with as well, emphasizing the bass tones and grounding it in the lower chakras and in to the earth. Then bringing that energy up in to the root chakra to all the other chakras for strengthening and balancing.

The black bar running up the midline of the body is a deep energy. It is core issue related. There are stressors that react from this place that cause agitation in the physical form and emotional form that need to be continually addressed. These issues come up from time to time for you to clear through them from an experiential place, but you can also consciously go in this space, particularly with the DNA music for deeper core level clearing. This connects in with pastlife issues, so they will be around for a while as teachers to help you with your personal empowerment issues.

The imprint in the top center of the chest felt like pressure, someone pushing down on you in this area. It is between the heart and the throat area, so it relates to issues that touch you in your heart that you find difficult to speak about. Being able to bridge that gap in your life - "Speaking from your Heart Space" will remove this barrier in time. It is not deep in to you at this time, but it does seem to have a strong presence.

The bar behind the head on the 2nd layer of your field is kind of interesting. I experience it like someone knocking you on the head occasionally, pushing you forward at times, when you might prefer to hold back. Especially with the legs not being firmly rooted, it makes it difficult to take a step forward. It acts as a gentle reminder, sometimes not so gentle. The back of the 3rd eye chakra has to do with the ability to follow through with what the front of the 3rd eye visualizes/creates. The 2nd layer relates to your emotional body, so you want to look at why you hold back on acting on your visions and what emotions are causing you to avoid moving forward firmly in that direction.

The gold/white layer surrounding you is quite magical and profound and one that you definitely want to explore more deeply in your meditations. What came to mind was the intuitive guidance received for the 1st DNA Gem/Flower Essence:

You might want to get this essence and work with the DNA #1 cd to really initiate this process further. As you expand yourself out to touch this layer of your field, you can then start to breath it back down through each layer of your field.
