AURA READING

The first energy imprint that I sensed was the red/yellow energy around the right lower leg. This energy felt very hot and inflamed, also agitated and jittery. It literally feels like putting some ice on it might be healing for it. The imprint does have some pastlife energy to it and probably some current lifetime stuff added on to it. It feels entirely different than the left leg and doesn't feel as strong or solid in stance. The right foot would represent an aggressive approach - like putting the right foot forward in an effort to move towards something or someone in an effort to be empowered. It seems to wrap all the way around the entire calf. It is probable that the leg was burned at one time and there is still some cellular memory still there.

From there I moved up to the black energy around the waist. This is very contracted energy and contains a lot of held back emotional content. If you are aware of this at this time, you can start to breath more deeply in this are to start to release some of this energy. Also some massage and deep tissue work in this area would be helpful. It is like someone wearing a tight belt at their waist all of the time. It allows you to hold in your full expression of who you are.

The deep purple energy around your upper chest is similar in nature to the black energy at the waist, but not as heavy. It still does put excess pressure on your upper chest, so again some deep upper chest breathing and some deep tissue bodywork would be really excellent for releasing some of this energy. You may think that this is bad, but actually it is in a much better place now than in the not too distant past. I see both of these 2 imprints as a part of a larger piece that used to cover your full chest and abdomen. It is like something happened to you as a child and you are gradually letting go and releasing this energy. You really don't have too much left to go and you will really feel a lot lighter when you get these last parts released. I would really encourage you to go to a good bodyworker, not just a massage person, but someone skilled in deep tissue work (rolfer, neuromuscular, emotional release work, rebirthing) - any of these would be really excellent for you at this time.

The really great part of what is happening for you is that the blue/purple/white circle above you head represents higher guidance coming to you at this time. You could call this your circle of higher Light and Love. It is like an antenna that connects you to the higher realms of your Higher Self, spirit guides, angels, master healers, whatever you connect with. This will only grow as you continue to build your relationships with this form through your meditations and by building your relationship with your Higher Self. The blue that runs down the arms is actually emanating from the circle above the head. It is starting to come down in to your arms as a way for you to channel energy. I don't see it as hands on healing energy for other people at this time, but I do see it is coming forth to assist you in something you may be doing in the creative realms with your hands, like writing, painting, music.
