Right after that I saw this intense rush of energy coming out of your ears and down the sides of your arms to the ends of your finger tips and out. When the energy shoots out of your hands, it turns into golden rays of Light. Not sure if you do any hands on healing work, but I would say that you could possibly overcharge some people with the amount of power that comes out from your hands, so be careful. This energy is pure White Light power and can be used to affect many things in terms of Healing, Love, Abundance, Manifestation, etc. If you do any type of tai chi or martial arts types of exercise, you will have tremendous power emanating from your arms/hands. It is possible that this could be an imbalance to the rest of your physical vehicle, so you could also rechannel this energy into other parts of your body to feel a deeper connection with the entire physical. The source above the head also feeds into this energy a great deal. If you feel any disconnect in your heart center, directing this energy into this area, with caution, as I would not suggest that you send all of it into your chest as you might cause some palpitations, would be really beneficial. In fact, you can use this energy to open and charge all of your chakras.

The lighter oval energy in the abdomen area feels somewhat void or vacant of awareness. It is possible that in empowering your self with chi energy that you may have neglected some of the emotional areas of your being. The word that comes to me from this area is denial. It may not be appropriate behavior for you to uncover some of the emotional energy that may be contained in this area of your body, but at some point you will be challenged to uncover some of what has been buried there. You can use your breath to awaken the dormant energy and release it a bit at a time to see what you might discover within this space. There is some very old pastlife fear issues that have not been dealt with. In lieu of working on your empowerment, you have tried to avoid working on this area.

The blue booties on your feet are a grounding element. Your power and your connection seems to want to move to a higher place most of the time and these blue booties keep you connected here on the earth plane. Perhaps you would prefer this not to be so, but your higher guidance knows that it is necessary in order for you to move into a higher state of balance. These boots are very malleable and have the ability to stretch to allow you to expand out into the higher dimensions, but they are like a bungee cord in that they will only let you go so far before they snap you back.
