Chakra Reading & Balancing
During my recent chakra balancing session, I listened to The Odyssey CD. As I focused deeper on the music, the notes began to drift around the room, creating an omni-sound effect, which is a higher dimensional level of experience through sound. During most of the session, my predominant feeling was of peace and tranquility. After the session, the reading provided pinpoint clarity as to what indicators of change were necessary relating to certain chakra imbalances. It was clearly pointed out what the root causes of the imbalances were, and positive solutions were provided in order to make those changes on a core level. One of the first things I noticed was that I am now very aware of my chakras and my energy body. If I think about my chakras at all, I can instantly feel where they are and which ones are not working properly. This has resulted in me spending considerable time on a daily basis with trying to balance my chakras. Also, when I am coming into a situation that is challenging for me, I immediately notice which of my chakras I feel the difficulty in, and I have been able to react differently when I feel that it's a block. The second thing is that now that my chakras are becoming more balanced and I'm paying attention to them more, I notice when I release old garbage much more. My right shoulder has alot of stored energy and it's slowly releasing. Sort of feels like little gobs of dense energy that I feel unattach from my body and when the energy unattaches, I feel it shoot up my chakras--like the energy has been properly processed now. There is all kinds of this energy stored there, but I am releasing it daily. I find when I listen to my DNA CDs this happens faster. (Side note that I am seeing much more visual messages when I listen to the DNA CDs also since our session) The biggest thing I have noticed is the interaction in my relationships. I am now identifying some core patterns (especially with my husband) that we have been repeating over and over again. I started seeing that my husband is passive and I'm aggressive and that in some warped way we found balance in that for many years. But when I started becoming more balanced internally and he wasn't, it became miserable for everyone, because I wasn't wanting to play the same drama over and over again.
